Gerard Depardieu

Gerard Depardieu Nació el 27 de diciembre de 1948 en Chateauroux (Francia). Proveniente de una familia pobre y fue ratero, hasta que, por recomendación decidio estudiar en el Theatre National Populaire.

Entre 1965 y 1969, hizo acto de presencia en pequeños cortometrajes en fílmico.

Para 1970, se casa con Elisabeth Guignot y además consigue su primer largo: “Le cri du cormoran, le soir au-dessus des jonques” de Audiard.

De 1970 a 1980, se hace conocido en el mundo del cine y comienza a recibir protagonico tras protagonico NATHALIE GRANGER (1972) de Marguerite Duras, CITA CON LA MUERTE ALEGRE (1973) de Juan Luis Buñuel, LOS ROMPEPELOTAS (1974) de Bertrand Blier, NOVECENTO (1976) de Bernardo Bertolucci, LA MUJER ZURDA (1977) de Peter Handke, BUFFET FROID (1979) de Bertrand Blier; son algunos claros ejemplos del nivel que Pardieu adquiere en el mundo.

Entre 1980 y 1990 con diez grandes años de trayectoria encima, Gerard obtiene, en 1980, el premio Cesar por “El ultimo metro” (Truffaut). En los años que le siguen rueda película tras película con los mas grandes directores: MI TIO DE AMERICA (1980) de Alain Resnais, EL GRAN HERMANO (1983) de Francis Girod, DOS FUGITIVOS (1986) de Francis Veber, DROLE D’ENDROIT POUR UNE RENCONTRE (1988) de François Dupeyron y comenzando los 90s con CYRANO DE BERGERAC (1990) de Jean-Paul Rappeneau, donde hizo un papel maravilloso y con cuya película gana su segundo Cesar como mejor actor. En los 90s Depardieu llega a Hollywood y comienza a rodar para el gran mercado. De ahí en adelante graba unas 6 o 7 películas por año. Este Frances es imparable.

En el 2007 se encuentra grabando siete películas: KNIGHTS OF MANHATTAN (2007) de Sam Weisman, L'ABBUFFATA (2007) de Mimmo Calopresti, LES ENFANTS DE TIMPELBACH (2007) de Nicolas Bary, ASTERIX EN LOS JUEGOS OLÍMPICOS (2007) de Frédéric Forestier, DISCO (2007) de Fabien Onteniente, BASTARDI (2007) de Andrés Alci Meldonado , BABYLON A. D. (2008) de Mathieu Kass.
